“Not informed” appears in the header and footer template

After sending a document that has a linked header and footer template, some TAGs may have the words Not Informed in them.

• For documents sent with a completed revision, the TAG #reviewer# does not load the information, as it is linked to documents that go through the revision and approval flow .
• The TAGs #approver# and #approval# are not fed when the document is sent with the option under elaboration.
