How to carry out the standardization and disclosure of an occurrence?

When an event is dealt with effectively, we can standardize processes, record changes, learnings, and improvements.
Access the occurrence that is in the Standardization and Disclosure stage.

The occurrence will be displayed, click on the 5. Standardization tab.

In the standardization tab, enter the information and we can save.

We have the options:

• Save and move: Log changes and proceed to the next step.
• Save: Save the changes and keep them on the occurrence screen.
• Save and close: Save the data and return to the occurrence list.

After standardization, the handling of the occurrence is concluded.
